Practical informations

General information

• The conference will be hosted by the CAES site of CNRS La Vieille Perrotine (Ile d'Oléron, France). It will start on Sun 29 May late afternoon and will finish on Friday 3 June at noon.
• Participants will be accommodated on site in cottages for 2 people, i.e including 2 rooms: rooms are individual and facilities are shared.
• All meals will be served on site.
• Abstract submission and registration will be done via the present sciencesconf web site.
• Coach transfers will be booked for all the participants between the train station of La Rochelle and the site of the workshop: on Sunday 29 May afternoon (time to be given later) and on Friday 3 June just after lunch (time to be given later)
• Taxis from La Rochelle train station to the conference site cost 160 euros during working days and 200 euros on Sundays.

3 June: 12:25pm (La Rochelle) --> 4:42pm (CDG) 1 connection
             3:50pm (La Rochelle) --> 8:42pm (CDG) 1 connection (coach at 2:00pm booked to leave the workshop site)
